The Ultra Clean 19″ Hover Cover is constructed with a resilient ABS cover and a powder-coated handle. The heavy duty nylon brush provides the smooth floating action, quick and easy maneuverability and helps eliminate overspray. The signature Whisper Wash machined and balanced spray bar rotates underneath, providing the pressure cleaning force.
